NotaryPro is not a law firm. Our notaries can only witness, sign and notarize real estate closing documents. You, the client, are responsible for arranging independent legal advice and having a lawyer prepare all required closing documents. As such, NotaryPro’s real estate closing service excludes:

X Preparation of transaction closing documents (Purchase agreement / sale or statement of adjustment)
X Conduct or review a title search, or arranging title insurance
X Request other relevant searches, such as work orders, zoning, tax arrears, etc.
X Receive, review and respond to requisitions
For any services from the above, the buyer / seller will require services from a licensed lawyer or closing agent.

You, as the client, are responsible for confirming that the recipient of your real estate documents will accept electronically signed and digitally notarized copies.
